Loving Idaho

We have loved being back in Idaho! And the summer was so fun with Meagan and Brent and their kids and Tawni and Ryan and their kids coming as well! All the cousins had a lot of fun together and even though it was  a lot of people in the house we had so much fun getting to see everyone.

With all of our stuff packed up still in Sandy and Alan's garage it was kind of a stressful month in June as we were trying to close on our first house! We found it searching the listings online in Kentucky and Sandy went and saw it for us and we ended up in a bidding war on the house that we miraculously won! In any case actually getting to the point of being able to close on the house took longer than anticipated and we weren't sure if we were going to make our closing deadline, but it all came through last minute. The house is perfect for us and we LOVE our neighborhood and our big fenced backyard for the kiddos! We are so happy to be here!

We went to a party at our good friend Scott's parents house by Newman Lake. Scott graduated medical school with Brad and is the one who drove out to Idaho with us. We love him and his family! Such a beautiful setting at their house!

We ran the Iron Man Kids race and it was so fun! With such little legs in tow we walked a lot, but we had fun :)
